Who we are
Vaultris Global is a UAE-registered cyber security and compliance advisory company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable data protection law.
What we collect
When you contact us, request a compliance check, apply to the Academy, or register for the CISO Circle, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, organisation, role, country, and the content of your message. Our website does not use advertising trackers.
Why we process it
We process personal data to respond to your enquiries, deliver services you request, and — where you have consented — send you relevant intelligence briefings. Our lawful bases under the PDPL are your consent and the performance of services you have requested. We do not sell personal data.
Where your data lives
Client-facing systems, including our Command platform, are hosted in the UAE. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so only with appropriate safeguards as required by the PDPL.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by UAE law. Enquiry data not converted to an engagement is deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vaultrisglobal.com. We respond to verified requests within the statutory timeframe.
Breach notification
In the event of a personal data breach likely to affect you, we will notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals in accordance with the PDPL's notification requirements.
